Refund policy
Digital files, $29, bought once. Here is exactly when you get your money back.
Before you download: full refund, no questions
If you have not downloaded any of the files, you get the full amount back. Write to dainjjao@naver.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason. We record the moment the first file is downloaded, so this is a fact we can check rather than an argument.
After you download: individual review
Once files have been downloaded, we look at each case. We refund in full when:
- — a file is corrupt, will not open, or is the wrong size or format;
- — the hangul, the hanja, or the meaning shown on the file is wrong;
- — the files do not match the name you chose;
- — you were charged more than once for the same order.
We generally do not refund because you changed your mind about which name you wanted, or because you would now prefer a different meaning or a different surname. The three names, their meanings and their pronunciation are all shown for free before payment, and you can start again as many times as you like without paying.
If something sits between those two lists, write to us and describe it. We would rather refund an unhappy buyer than argue about a small sum.
If the files never arrive
If a payment succeeds and the files cannot be produced, we refund in full without you having to ask, as soon as we notice. If you paid and nothing reached you within an hour, contact us — do not pay again.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Email dainjjao@naver.com with the address you paid with, and the receipt or order reference if you have it. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment provider, back to the original payment method; their processing usually takes three to ten business days depending on your bank.
Requests are accepted for 30 days from purchase, which is the same window the files themselves exist for.
Your statutory rights
Where consumer law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that law wins. Nothing here removes a right you cannot sign away.
